Controlled, not just fast

Strip-out is the first thing a fit-out or renovation depends on and the easiest place to cause damage that costs more than the works themselves. BeavCon treats strip-out and demolition as a controlled package: survey, isolate, protect, sequence, remove and record. Speed comes from planning, not from cutting corners.

Inside occupied buildings

Most of our strip-out work happens in towers and villas that stay in use. Noise and vibration windows, protected routes to the loading bay, dust control and daily waste removal are agreed with building management before mobilisation. The ADNEC Tower floors were demolished and rebuilt inside an operating government-occupied tower under exactly those controls.

Services and structure

MEP services are isolated and certified by our engineers, with permits to work and temporary supplies where continuity is needed. Structural openings and non-structural demolition are carried out with engineer sign-off on method and temporary works.

Records the landlord will ask for

Waste segregation and disposal records, isolation certificates and reinstatement sign-off are included in the handover file, which matters when the lease has a reinstatement clause or the consultant needs evidence for close-out.

Target: qualified proposal within 48 hours for standard packages.

Inside one contract on an occupied floor. Waste, noisy-works hours and fire isolation have to match the MEP and interiors programme, not a second contractor's calendar.
