- Distribution boards, containment, wiring, lighting and small power
- DEWA and ADDC load applications, inspections and connections

- Firefighting, sprinkler and fire alarm modifications with civil defence approval
- Low-current: data, CCTV, access control and BMS interfaces
- Testing, commissioning and as-built documentation
Engineered before it is installed
MEP modifications fail on paper long before they fail on site. An electrical load that was never checked, a drainage fall that does not exist, a sprinkler tie-in nobody cleared with civil defence. BeavCon reviews every MEP scope with a qualified engineer before pricing so the offer reflects what the building can actually take.
Electrical, plumbing, drainage and firefighting
We deliver distribution boards, containment, lighting and small power; water supply, pumps and sanitary installations; drainage modifications; and firefighting and fire alarm changes. Authority applications and inspections with DEWA, ADDC and civil defence are handled by us and shown as clear lines in the proposal.
Inside occupied buildings
Most of our MEP work happens in towers and villas that are in use. Shutdowns are planned into short, pre-approved windows, temporary supplies are arranged where continuity matters, and the works are sequenced with the ceiling and partition programme so nothing is closed in before inspection.
Records you can hand to the next contractor
Testing and commissioning results, authority certificates and as-built drawings are issued at handover. If we are also delivering the fit-out or the HVAC package, the interfaces are our responsibility rather than a gap between trades.
Target: qualified proposal within 48 hours for standard packages.

Questions on mep works.
Yes. Load applications, inspections and connections with DEWA or ADDC, and civil defence approvals for firefighting and alarm modifications, are part of the package.
Yes. Shutdowns are planned in short, pre-approved windows with building management, and temporary supplies are arranged where continuity matters.
Core electrical and plumbing works are carried out by our own certified technicians under a registered engineer, with specialist panel partners for items such as fire alarm programming.
Yes, and it is usually simpler for the client: one contractor coordinates ceilings, partitions and services so the interfaces are not left to chance.
Commissioning sheets, electrical test certificates, TAB reports where HVAC changed, as-built schematics, and the DEWA or Civil Defence records that apply. They go in the same handover file as the fit-out.
