Yes. Most of our MEP work happens in towers and villas that are in use. Shutdowns are planned into short, pre-approved windows with building management, temporary supplies are arranged where continuity matters, and the works are sequenced with the ceiling and partition programme so nothing is closed in before inspection.

Core electrical and plumbing works are carried out by our own certified technicians under a registered engineer, with specialist panel partners for items such as fire alarm programming. Whatever is self-performed or panel-delivered, the interfaces are our responsibility and the work runs under the same programme, QA/QC and HSE controls.

Yes, and it is usually simpler for the client: one contractor coordinates ceilings, partitions and services so the interfaces are not left to chance. Commissioning sheets, electrical test certificates, TAB reports where HVAC changed, as-built schematics, and the DEWA or Civil Defence records that apply. Every MEP scope is reviewed by a qualified engineer before pricing: the electrical load, the drainage falls and the fire strategy are checked against the drawings and the existing installation. The review exists because MEP modifications fail on paper long before they fail on site, through an unchecked load, a drainage fall that does not exist, or a sprinkler tie-in nobody cleared with civil defence.

It is a standard constraint on MEP modifications. The technical review checks load, drainage and fire strategy against the installation as it actually is, and the scope freeze records quantities, exclusions and authority responsibilities in writing, so the offer shows what has been assumed. Testing results and as-builts are then issued at handover, giving the next contractor the record the building lacked.
