Measured, drawn, then made
Aluminium and glass packages are unforgiving of guesswork. An opening measured wrongly or a profile that clashes with a ceiling costs weeks in re-fabrication. BeavCon surveys every opening on site, issues shop drawings for approval and only then releases fabrication, so what arrives fits and what was approved is what gets installed.
Partitions, doors and automated systems
For offices we deliver frameless and framed glass partitions, doors and automated sliding and swing systems, coordinated with access control and fire alarm interfaces. On the ADNEC Tower floors the automated glass systems were installed as part of the same fit-out contract as partitions, ceilings and MEP, which removed the usual interface arguments between trades.
Windows, doors and façade works
For villas and buildings we replace and install aluminium windows, sliding doors, shopfronts and curtain-wall infill panels, and carry out façade glazing repairs. Landlord and consultant approvals for external changes are handled with the submission.
Installed with protection, closed with documentation
Installation is phased to keep occupied areas working, finished surfaces are protected and each package closes with adjustment, cleaning and warranty documentation.
